Unable to simulate the model

#1

Hi,

Asset and Customer model has been successfully uploaded to the portal but I’m getting following error message while starting the simulation of the model:

“An error occurred while starting the simulation: No message.”

Hi Molly,
Still couldn’t make this one work ?
I’ll look into your file and try to see if I notice something wrong.
Probably what you can do is to activate the “Error log” view (Window > Show view > Error log) and post in this thread the error that you are facing

Cheers
Gillo

Hi Molly,

I’m Sebastien, I’m in charge of the development team of this tool, thanks for using it !

In order to reproduce the bug, can you send me by email (smoran_at_sierrawireless.com) a zip of your project.

Thanks.

Just to close this topic.

Molly eventually achieved to simulate her asset.
Her issue has been fixed by unzipping the Developer Suite for OperatingPortal API a second time. She must have had an issue unzipping it the first time.

Thanks for your patience Molly.
