Asset and Customer model has been successfully uploaded to the portal but I’m getting following error message while starting the simulation of the model:
“An error occurred while starting the simulation: No message.”

I’ll look into your file and try to see if I notice something wrong.
Probably what you can do is to activate the “Error log” view (Window > Show view > Error log) and post in this thread the error that you are facing

Just to close this topic.
Molly eventually achieved to simulate her asset.
Her issue has been fixed by unzipping the Developer Suite for OperatingPortal API a second time. She must have had an issue unzipping it the first time.
