Hi,
Only one port is available for AT commands, that is AT port.
other ports available are NMEA and DM which are used for specific purposes. Like NMEA port for getting NMEA frames and DM port for obtaining the logs.

OK Thanks for info…
can you please let me know how take logs from DM port
how to enable DM port
Hi,
Normally DM port will be enabled automatically. what is the output of the command AT!UDUSBCOMP?
You can see the port number from ‘device manager -> ports’
To take logs, you need specific software like Sierra wireless SwiLogPlus. You can contact your reseller/distributor to know more.

HI
AT!UDUSBCOMP=?
1 - DM AT
23 - DM NMEA MODEM RMNET1 RMNET2 RMNET3 AUDIO
24 - DM NMEA MODEM RMNET1 RMNET2 RMNET3
25 - DM NMEA MODEM AT AUDIO
OK
AT!UDUSBCOMP??
!UDUSBCOMP: 23
In Device manager am able to see the port numbers and interfaces please find the attached device Manager screen
So for your module, DM port is set to COM3. You can use this to COM to get the logs.
