Template button is greyout

In ACE web UI, the template button is greyed out and cannot be clicked. Does anyone have the same problem?

1.Are you referring to the Template button of ALEOS devices?

2. Which device are you using? What ALEOS version is it running?
3. Can you share screenshot of Template button compared to the other buttons?

Have you tried clicking on the grayed out button? I just looked at the page source and there doesn’t appear to be anything which enables/disables the button.

I also looked at the button action and it simply toggles the visibility of the template panel, so I don’t think there is anything keeping you from getting the page.

That said, on slower modems, I often see only part of the set of resources for the page loaded. You might need to do a full refresh, but I am not certain that will work. (Use --R for the full refresh).

I closed and reopened the browser and error was gone. thanks for your help
