      Am using Q2686 modem. M2M studio to program. Is there any API to create TCP/IP socket or any other thing to do IPC?

You really should be talking to your Distributor about this!

Before deciding to use any product like this, you should always discuss your requirements with the supplier, and get them to recommend suitable products & services.
You should also get them to demonstrate the available tools and support to you - that’s what they’re there for!
