Synchronize GX450 Activated device with ALMS

Hello,
I’m new to ALMS and I activated the GX450 but it won’t sync up.
The Comm. Status is pending, I show no last seen and the sync status is Not synchronized.
System info is blank.

How do I set this up to sync.
