I have some Sprint Raven X modems that Sprint has told me that I need to update the PRL to 61152 due to them updating the spectrums (they may fail starting Aug 2016). However doing a direct connect using PPP with Ace Manager, not only can I not update the PRL to 61152, the PRL will only recognize the 60711 to 60714 update. The 61152 should be in the correct folder, my Ace Manager version is 3.3.0.187, dll version 3.3.0189 downloaded from Campbell Scientific. Should I use a different version of Ace Manager (I will try the online version) or can I use a different program to update the Raven.
