SL8090 can't communicate

Hi,

I have Air-Prime EVB, but I can’t talk AT commands with it
in the Device Manger the SL8090 doesn’t appear on the Ports (COM&LPT) list
is there any driver that need to load, I’m using Windows 10 computer
