Sierra Wireless Em7430 ( Insert Sim ) And COM Error code 10

Hi, my sierra wireless em7430 has stopped working this morning. It started when I tried to turn on cellular on windows 10 (Laptop is Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen5), Yesterday I was able to connect to internet using the WWAN card, but now it just said Insert Sim Card. When I checked the drivers on device manager it shows this error (see picture).

I’ve tried uninstalling all the driver, tried to use older driver, tried to use AT Command Tester but no luck since the COM port not working.

Is there something I can do to fix this? Thanks

you can install VMware Ubuntu machine and see if it works on linux environment.
If it works, then that might be something wrong on the Windows driver…
