Setting a Preferred Cell ID (XR 60)

XR 60 Firmware: 5.3.66

Carrier: Verizon

Private APN

I keep seeing the Cell ID bounce between two cells and, when it happens, we drop UDP packets on our video. I’m not 100% sure it isn’t a carrier issue, but the XR 60 may be in an overlapped cell.

Is there a way to set a preferred Cell ID to prevent switching back-and-forth?

After checking the AirLink OS guide and the internal system, I couldn’t find document that mentions the feature to set a preferred Cell ID for the XR60.
