SDK excutable build possible? / Open Source

Hello,

Is the slqssdk binary open source?
In order to be allowed to use it in our production environement, we need to be able to recompile it in case compatibility issues arise.
I know that the Developer Package comes with prebuilt binaries for most common architectures.

I cannot build the SDK executable according to Linux QMI SDK Developer’s Guide because pkgs.mak is not availabe in the archive.

Where do I find licensing information for the Linux QMI SDK Software?
If I would develop an app using the lite api, which license restrictions would apply?
If I would develop an app using the full api (+ slqssdk) which license restrictions would apply?
