It just stop working without any changes.

Currently, have you been able to reproduce the issue of stopping sending/receiving SMS? Because according to the description, the device resumed normal operation after performing the reset.
If the issue persists, please provide me with some information:
- What ALEOS version and Radio module firmware is the RV55 running?
- Which network provider’s SIM card are you using?
- Please share the log file and template file on the RV55 with me.
