RV50X network flashing green

Hi! I am working on connecting a RV50x to the internet using Verizon, and the lights on the modem are:
power: solid green; activity: flashing green; signal: solid amber; network: flashing green.

Network flashing green means that is trying to connect - but I don’t know how to fix as it does not connect to the internet.

Could you help me out?

Hi @nuri.gomez-casanovas,

  1. Please make sure you have properly attached the antennas to the device. Two antennas are required when connecting to an LTE network.
  2. What ALEOS version and radio module firmware is the RV50X running?
  3. Could you please kindly share the full log file and template file from the RV50X with me?
