Have just updated RV50x to latest ALEOS firmware but cannot update radio firmware.
Have tried updating radio firmware from ‘Software Firmware’ page in ACEmanager. Appears to work but radio never appears.
Not sure what to do next. Any help appreciated!

Could you please try to put it in recovery mode and check again?
To enter recovery mode, please connect the Ethernet cable from your PC to RV50x ( set your PC’s IP = 192.168.13.x), and refer to page 18 in “41114366_ALEOS 4.15.3 Software Configuration User Guide for AirLink RV50_r1” document. Before entering recovery mode, please backup Custom Configuration as Template. Please refer to page 20 in “41114366_ALEOS 4.15.3 Software Configuration User Guide for AirLink RV50_r1”.

Yes the problem is still there.
I spent an hour online with our local rep on Friday and we did a full recovery.
We were able to reload the latest Aleos, but could not get radio firmware to load. We tried loading radio firmware from the firmware page and the administration page with no luck.
Also, the rep (who was very patient) noticed the modem was taking a long time to reboot. I guess this might be to do with the modem trying access radios, failing and retyring until it times out?
In the end we had to give up. It seems like the radios are out of sync with Aleos and the two won’t talk. It is like there is a problem with the firmware bootloader that can’t be fixed by reloading firmware.
Not sure what to do next. May have to send the modem back for a repair.
