RV50 had a static IP SIM card and was working fine. It stopped sending data and now I can not reset it. The Network flashes red and the Signal flashes amber. The Network State - Network Link Down and I can not connect except with a cable. Any idea what happened and how to fix it?

As I understand, RV50 was working fine with the SIM card then happens the issue without any actions. So, can you help me answer the questions below to investigate this issue:
- “It stopped sending data and now I can not reset it. The Network flashes red and the Signal flashes amber.”. You can see the bright LED on RV50, so the device is near you but you can not reset it. So what does this sentence mean? Can you describe it more clearly?
- “The Network State - Network Link Down and I can not connect except with a cable.”. As I understand, you can not connect with Ethernet but you can connect with a USB cable. Currently, can you access ACEmanager Web? In case you don’t know how to access RV50 by USB cable, here are the instructions:
- Use a USB cable to connect the router to your computer.
- Launch your browser and enter the IP address and port number: https://192.168.14.31:9443
· For devices upgraded to ALEOS 4.14.0 or previous: http://192.168.14.31:9191 - Log in:
· User Name: “user” (entered by default)
· Default Password:- For devices that support unique passwords, the default password is printed on the device label.
- For other devices, the default password is 12345.

My RV50 had a Static IP address SIM card in it and it was working fine for several weeks sending data at 10pm each day.

It stopped sending data. I went to the site and rebooted the RV50 but I could not get it to send data.

I brought it back to my office for testing. I can not get it to work as it should. It does not seem to recognize the original Static IP address of 108.146.64.210. The phone # associated with it is 272-228-4057.

The RV50 shows the APN in use ------ broadband

The RV50 does not show the the Override APN ------ psmtneofin. This was entered when I first set up the RV50.

The Signal light is flashing AMBER.

The Network light is flashing RED.

The Power is solid green
I am connecting to the RV50 with a RJ45 cable. Is there a difference if I connect with a USB cable?
I am now connected with a USB cable to my laptop. I have opened ACE manager and am looking at the status tab.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

- Please check SIM is working well by inserting the SIM to another device.
- Please insert a SIM that works well into your RV50 and check if this issue happens.
- If you can connect with a USB cable, please get the log and template log by the instructions and send me to investigate this issue:

The configuration template file is in ACEmanager → Template, provide any name you desire for the Template Name, and then press Download to retrieve the template file.

Collect logs procedure:
a. Go AceManager > Admin > Configure Logging
Set all log levels to DEFAULT (NOTICE)
Set Linux Syslog to DISPLAY
b. Reboot the gateway.
c. Perform your test again.
d. Go Admin → View log → Download Logs.
