I was performing updates from 4.9.3 to 4.11.2 a few days ago and ran into a potential issue. It appears that the update has worked on a few of the RV50’s but I also had about 10 or so that not only failed to update but failed to reconnect to Verizon after the update failed. Also, it seems to have erased all of the settings in the modems to connect to our AMM Server. A simple powercycle resolved this issue but I am a little uneasy knowing that this happened. Has anyone experienced this before??
