Where can I get a copy of the RS232 / AT protocol document for an M1306B?

Go to the Wavecom Home page, then the ‘Products’ button.
Choose ‘Obsolete products’
The User Guide is under ‘Hardware documentation’
The AT Commands manual isn’t there as a separate download 
There’s the ‘Open AT Software Suite v3.19’ to install the complete SDK - which would include all the documentation.
If you don’t want the complete SDK, you could contact your distributor…
