i have a really simple question but i couldn’t find a solution…
How can I reset the modem to factory default settings?
I’ve accidentally sent “AT!MAPUART=1” to the modem, but in my board UART is not connected, i use only USB for communicate.
Suggestions?

Which modem are you using?
You might have to use DWLWin to reflash the firmware and delete any configuration.

I’m using an SL8092 module; if yours is the only solution and there is no way to reset the module, i think i will connect uart for remap usb port.

I haven’t used the SL8092 module, so I can’t give you any advice on how to get it into boot mode which is required to use DWLWin.
You might have to talk to your FAE.
