Raven XE H2295E - Portforwarding

I have some trouble connecting to my Axis camera from the Internet through my Raven XE router.

I have installed a SIM Card with static WAN IP in the router, make up the APN. Under security I have made a portforwarding port ex 9987 to the camera LAN IP.

When I connect from a PC out on the Internet I cannot get any connection - Do I miss something in my Router ??

Can you explain more about the setup done at your end…
Are you able to ping to the IP address?
