Q2686 adl_callSetup API failiure

Hi,
Am using wireless CPU,
Model : Q2686
FCC ID : 09EQ2686 PP
Firmware: R74_00gg.Q2686G

When trying to make a call using, "adl_callSetup" API, it is returning "ok". But, the call Handler is showing ,

"event::20 error code::515
ADL_CALL_EVENT_SETUP_ERROR "

 the call also failed.,

I would appreciate much your help!

After at+wopen=1 the modem resets and you’ll need to wait until the registration with the network. you could either subscribe to the SIM services or the unsolicited +wind: 10 message, after that you should be able to make the call.
