problem with the creation the file rte\kernel.exe

Hi,
I’m using Fastrack modem M1306B, OPEN AT 3.10, Visual C++.Net 2003
I have a problem with Hello_World example in debug mode.
When I execute the build in the output Windows I read :
" cp: cannot create regular file `rte/kernel.exe’: Permission denied "
How I can resolve this problem?

Grant yourself the necessary permission to create `rte/kernel.exe’, or have your administrator do this for you, or use an account that has the necessary permission!
