How much are you charging your client for this support?
Do you think others don’t have their own clients to support…?
Sorry, I’m not aware of these GSM Modem. So thats why i’m asking n number of questions don’t mistake me.
Does your client know that?
Might it not be better to refer them to someone who is aware of these GSM Modems…?
