I am a new member and cannot post to the AirLink Board. I have a GX440 Verizon that I’ve returned twice for repair. It is powering up now but will not generate an IP address. The sim card is good, I checked it in another device and worked fine. It detects the card and the phone number shows up in the status along with it connected to a Verizon LTE network. Any ideas on how to post to the correct board or how to remedy my problem. Thanks.
