If I select WCDMA all GX440 will obtain IP address from ATT but if I connect to LTE no IP address is obtained. On LTE RSSI is -68 and 3G is -75. Are there different settings to obtain IP address and network connection for LTE vs. 3G?

Hi Andrew,
From log, your device did not register to network successfully
Please make sure that apn is correct, you can contact the network operator to ask which apn for LTE service.
To set apn, Go to ACManager ->WAN/Cellular → Cellular → enter apn in “User Entered APN”
If your network requires authentication, go to Advanced → and select the authentication in “Network Authentication Mode”
→ Apply and reboot
