OpenVPN connector not pingable but visible in cloud (RV55)

I have an OpenVPN connector installed on the RV55 and I can see that it is connected to the OpenVPN cloud through their portal.


This is my VPN configuration. For some reason I cant ping the connector and I cant see any traffic going through the VPN. Is there another configuration step that I am missing? I have another connector installed on a windows laptop and everything is working fine through there.

I have seen the issue almost same as your case and it was fixed in the ALEOS 4.16, please upgrade to the ALEOS 4.16 following the link below, then try again:

Do the issue still happens in this case?
