Not able to ping using Airtel SIM card in EM7565 4G Module

Hi,

When we insert Sierra Wireless SIM card to EM7565 Module, we are able to ping and its working fine.

We have connected this EM7565 Module to Nvidia Jetson Xavier Nx devkit.

We tried to insert AIRTEL SIM card instead of Sierra Wireless SIM card to EM7565 Module, we are not able to ping properly(i.e after sending 50 t0 60 packets it stopped pinging) and sometimes even not able ping.

Hi,
Can we use dual sims at a time? Is there any AT commands for that ?
Instead of changing sim slot1 to slot2.

I can only see AT!UIMS to switch SIM card
