EM7565 +CME ERROR: no network service

We are testing EM7565 on our own B48 network. We can find the cell radiating but cannot attach to it. We have another vendor’s module working and can successfully attach using the same sim card. I can follow up with DM capture later. But was wondering what might have gone wrong?

Hi Sierra Wireless team,
I am attaching the DM capture logs (note that it’s a bzip file because the systems does not let me upload .bz file): em7565-ue-log-bzip-tarfile.tar (3.9 MB)

We also purchased an ATT sim card to test the module on other LTE bands as a reference baseline. It is also not working well, with the same error message. I can also provide the DM logs if that is helpful.
