Hi, I’m using OS x with windows 7 32 bit using virtual box. I’m trying to do the Hello world example but when I hit the Target Management it says No communication port available. How can I fix this? Has this something to do with the virtual box?

Sounds like you’ve got USB communications issues between virtual box, OSX and the real world. I very much doubt that comms using USB inside a VM has been tested by Sierra…
You might be better off finding an old XP box and seeing if you can get started there. Two less layers of complexity.
