no carrier

hi,

I’m using FXP009 and i need fax services.
When i try to atd commands i get no carrier respond.
the sim card verified in other modem which is working fine.
what is the cause for this problem?

Also, try AT+CEER to get the extended clearing info after you receive NO CARRIER.

Does the Fax machine ring? Does it answer? Does it attempt to connect? Does it give any error codes?

Perhaps also show an example of this working?
