New XR60 with Airvantage

I am trying to register my new XR60 with Airvantage and every time I try to register it, it just errors out with no reasons.

Hi @wei,

  1. Please share screenshot or screen recording when registering XR60 on AirVantage with me.
  2. Do you currently have XR60 on hand? Please take photos of the device’s front, back, and the label attached to XR60 device.
  3. Please share the company URL link on AirVantage where you want to register the device, and provide the Serial Number and Registration Code. I will check on the internal system and register it.
