We are trying to add a user, and the user is getting stuck on this screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The problem is that the Join button in the bottom right is always grayed out. Has this happened to anyone else?
We do not see this happening in a general fashion.
Could you please report which browser/version is being used ?
Hello Augustin,
Our user was using Google Chrome whenever he was creating his account. I’m not sure what version, but I assume it was the most recent version at the time of my post.
