Need help with RC7611 (Camera)

I just learned to work with a Camera using the RC7611 Chip to connect to the Verizon network, but I can’t get it to work.
Camera (connect USB to PC) starts up + connects to Wifi but I don’t see the WWAN0 interface.
The system parameters are as follows:

ls /dev |grep ttyUSB
ttyUSB0
ttyUSB1
ttyUSB2

I would appreciate any help!

What is the response of the followings?

Did you install the MBPL USB driver ?

Hi jyijyi,
Thanks for your comment.
I can’t do the update on any single unit because they are using the same firmware for all units.
I’m still learning how to use the CLI to check the unit and the firmware to find out which of them is failed.
Here is my output that I just checked today:

Is there any thing else that I can use to check the MCU or the RC7611 chipset?

From AT!GSTATUS?, it shows actually module is not registering to network…

Is your SIM card working fine?
Did you connect antenna to the module?

Hi jyijyi,
I have antenna connected, and the SIM was working on another unit.
I use the same firmware (got from engineer) for 3 units but only 1 of them works well.
I mean are there any commands that can make the unit register to the network?

Are they using same firmware version(ATI3), same PRI version (AT!IMPREF?) and same APN (AT+CGDCONT?) among OK module and NOK module?
