The Cisco CG522-E uses a Sierra Wireless Module EM9190 and is running the generic version SWIX55C_01.07.08.00 000000 jenkins. I am trying to upgrade the firmware to ATT Specific… Have not got good help from Cisco and am wondering if this Forum have tried f/w upgrade on an Embedded Module of EM9190.

If you buy a Cisco product, you should download the firmware from their website because there may be some specific modifications of the firmware from Cisco.
In this case, you shouldn’t download firmware from Sierra official source page. It could lead to unexpected behavior of your modem.
