Need Configuration Info For Hyperterminal and Q24 Plus

Hello,

New here, so be gentle… 8)

I was handed a dev board this morning for a Q24Plus and I need to get the IMEI number from the modem to give to an associate, so that I can receive a custom I\P stack. I have very limited documentation and have tried to find basic hyperterminal and setup info. I believe I have everything setup properly, but cannot communicate. I have tried 115200 and 9600, as the documentation I was given instructed. Can anyone point me to a startup guide that may assist, or has anyone had such a problem when they first started out of the box?

Hi! Hyperterminal must be configured with 115200 and hardware flowcontrol. Check the BOOT switch -> it must be OFF.
