I am using this unit in combination with GPS Gate and it appears the MP70 unit is not sending data until I move a few hundred feet. Once it does move the signal is solid and does not experience any other issues. Can I change this so it will send the position immediately?

I’m working to configure GPS location service on MP70 to send traffic to internal 911 dispatch server. I see traffic 2-3 times in firewall log, then it stops. The test MDT is on my conference table and I was wondering if the reason it stopped sending was because it was stationary. Based on your post, I’m thinking that is the case. Did you get any response to your question, as it would help with my troubleshooting if the device would continually send location info? Thx, Greg
