Modifying an Alert Rule

Does anyone know how to modify an alert rule in AirVantage to change the wording? I have tried however the only place that will allow modification is the description line. I would like to be able to customize the entire alert. I have tried making a custom alert however when email is chosen as a notification option it applies a non-customizable template. Has anyone had any success with this and how?

I would love to modify the Email alert to put the “Current Daily Usage” in the text message. This would help me know whether I need to investigate a rogue modem sooner.
