RV55 usage alert

we are following the user guide to setup daily and monthly usage alert for a RV55 modem, but no alert reported by any means. could any one help?

How did you configure the Alert Rules? Have you configured them correctly according to the user guide? What did you select in the ‘Add a new Action’ section?

Could you please share the URL link to the RV55 system on AirVantage with me?

And we followed the user guide and instructions of SWI support to configured the alert rules on ALMS, please see the attached for details.
