Modem EM7421 not active

Hi

i have changed LTE modem to EM7421 and updated the drivers on GETAC UX10 window10
i am facing with two strange problems

  1. can’t activate cellular (turn on )
  2. under device manage>>network adapters - i see “sierra wireless WWAN Network adapter #2” instead of showing the accurate information of EM7421 modem …
    can you please advice what can be the problem

How about using mbim mode instad of rmnet mode in at!usbcomp?
