I am unable to log into https://172.22.0.1/MG-LCI on my MG90. Using username admin password admin returns invalid authentication. I tried doing a factory reset - while the flashing lights never turned white as indicated by documentation, they did all flash once then turn off, and then the machine rebooted which I take to mean it did reset. However, after this I still receive the invalid authentication error when attempting to log in. I’m not sure where to go from here in terms of getting access, any advice is appreciated!

According to the AirLink MG90 Hardware User Guide, there are two types of password to log in to MG90, please refer to the picture below:
