I tried to Download dwl file to the modem but I taked error …

error is >> *** MEMORY ALLOCATION ERROR ***
Is there anybody who can solve this problemm???

Yes İ did it.

Oestion:check the size of your application compared to the mem size

Answer: I don’t think it’s about mem size because i Use same code 2 weeks ago…(when i try to download ;at the beginnig of the packed i take this error)

This problem occured after i download new program which compiled with Open At 3.02.

Answer:I don’t think so as i sid i did it 1 weeks ago…

Have you upgraded the module to OAT 3 then go back to OAT 2.xx ??

In this case the flash may be affected. You may ask Wavecom to get a special dwl file to be downloaded, to “clear” flash.

It could help with a detailed description of what SW you are using (both core and Open AT) and what you have done and what HW you are using, in short: all details…?

Can you download a precompiled Open AT sample?

When I’ve had problems with the download (Memory_Allocation_Error and also other errors and failed downloads) I have alwayes started from scratch and erased and disabled everything, then downloaded an updated downloader, then a known working core SW version with matching e2p files and config files, then a known working Open AT version.
And after every step, I’ve verified that the module got “normal” funcationality.
And most of the times I’ve ended up with a working unit :slight_smile:

Please give us more info and you’ll see that we will solve this.

I solve the problem. it’s related downgrade…

Usually memory allocation error occur when the modem was downgraded…
