Hi, i have a question, does MC7354 (via Full Mini-PCIe Slot) support eUICC?

Thats a bit of a wide open question.

The unit supports an ‘eUICC’ in that it presents itself to the unit as a normal SIM and can subsequently attach to a given network. If you are asking if it supports all of the features which would allow it to (theoretically) switch operators (if this was practically possible), don’t know and it not something Sierra could sensibly answer with out some serious testing (which is not going to happen).

Juste, to be more precise with my question:
Does MC7354 (via Full Mini-PCIe Slot) support support Bearer Independent Protocol (BIP) and SIM ToolKit (STK) for remote SIM provisioning ?

As far as I am aware, generically speaking, yes.
