I own a MC7710 since yesterday in my Lenovo X230 (threw out the Ericsson H5321 8) ). Don’t know why, but when I received it, it’s “!SELRAT” was set to 03 (UMTS preferred) and first switched it to 07 (GSM, UMTS, LTE) and now to 00 (Automatic). What I realized is that it still prefers to use UMTS/WCDMA although LTE is available and it logs into it from time to time. I also checked the “!SELACQ” and it is set to “CDMA,LTE,WCDMA,HDR,GSM” which means to me that it first tries to go into LTE, then into WCDMA/UMTS and afterwards into GSM.
I would like to have it prefer LTE. Is there any option to do so?

P.S.: The card is awesome! Tested it at 290kph in the high-speed train today and still has very good connectivity.
