MC7710 self-reset only in 3G-mode with USIM MTS Russia

Recently I came up against the strangest situation.
I have two Sierra Wireless MC7710 modems installed in two almost identical laptops. Both modems strange work with USIM cards from MTS Russia mobile network operator. In 3G-mode MC7710 in both laptops spontaneously reboots in each some minutes as though receives: AT!RESET
In 2G and 4G the MC7710 modes in both laptops works with the same MTS Russia USIM cards perfectly. Besides, MC7710 perfectly works in any modes, including 3G with any USIM cards of other mobile network operators (not MTS!).
Such situation is observed with any base stations of MTS mobile network operator.
I don’t know any more what to think :frowning:

P.S.
At the moment with MC7710 modems (both) use such firmware, drivers and Air Watcher:

Also I tried firmware MC_SWI9200X_03.05.24.00_QMI - it is useless!

By experiments, the reason seems to be found!
The reason for setting the mode RXDEN.
When AT! RXDEN = 1 turns on the forced use of aggregation and modem with USIM-card MTS Russia in this mode often reboots when trying to force the use of aggregation.
When AT! RXDEN = 0 use of aggregation is completely disconnected, twice the rate of falls, but the modem is no longer restart.
Who is to blame in the situation? Cellular operator MTS or firmware MC7710?

And still RXDEN=0 helps to avoid reset of the modem.
Nearly 6 hours aren’t present resets of the modem.
But badly to work with the modem without aggregation. Speed is twice lower.
How to be?
