mangOH Red wp7702 octave version - unable to activate?

Just sharing that if you are a new mangOH Red WP7702 Octave user and having trouble activating the SIM on the network for the first time, you may want to check that you did not insert the external sim card. The WP7702 is Ready-to-Connect with an embedded sim. Some SKUs have shipped with a sim card.

This is being resolved with distributors, but just in case you’re wondering why your brand new mangOH Red Octave isn’t getting online

I have a mangoh yellow and its not getting connected to the octave cloud. any ressolution to it/

the octave is going to be end of life, are you still planning your project to use Octave?

Hello Alexy, I would not recommend Octave to your customer. Octave is being shut down March 31, 2025 with no plans of continued support. You are fortunate you have not started using Octave yet. We are still looking for a replacement solution. [image]
