LS300 Yellow Network Light

I have an AirLink LS300 on the Verizon network that when plugged in only has a yellow light over network. There is no light for signal, activity or power. This LS300 was in the field and working for over 3 months. We have over 100 other LS300s in the field and this is the first time I have ran into this issue. Is this a known issue with these and is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Holding the Reset button on the front of the LS300 has done nothing. What are the next steps to troubleshooting?

Try the following:

  • Try logging into the modem. (default: 192.168.13.31:9191)
  • Factory reset it from the Advanced Tab in AceManager
  • Update to the latest 4.4.3 firmware (released last Friday).
  • In the WAN/Cellular tab click on the Re-activation button

If that does not resolve the modem will need to be sent in for an RMA.
