I have 2 brand new airlinks. One boots as normal, The second stops in the startup sequence once all the green lights illuminate and the orange light on the ethernet port stays on. Tried factory reset but problem hasn’t changed. Is it a faulty unit from the factory or is there something that I can do to get it to boot up.
IF the modem is stuck on 4 solid LED’s I would return the modem to your vendor for an RMA.
I would recommend the following:
- Check if the reset button is stuck
- Try logging into the modem via serial using putty or hyper terminal using baud rate of 115200
- If you are able to log in via serial try typing “AT” enter if you get a response type: at*resetcfg
