LS 300 is ignoring TOD Reset: Reset Days

I have a couple of LS 300’s set up to do a Time of Day reset every 2 days at 3am EST. The problem is that they are resetting every day at 3am, ignoring the Reset Days field.

ALEOS Software Version 4.4.0
ALEOS Build number 012

Periodic Reset Timer (hours) 0
Time of Day (ToD) Reset: Reset Interval (days) 2
ToD Reset: Time Zone Offset from UTC -5
ToD Reset: Hour of day when Reset occurs 3

From the log:

I am changing the Reset Days from 2 to 3 to see if that makes any difference.

Anyone else using this feature? Is it working for you?

Thanks!

Hi,
This will require analysis of logs and more information about settings of the modem. In this case I will suggest you to contact your reseller/distributor to help you raise a support ticket.
You can also create a ticket through Sierra web portal if you are unsure who the bought the device from.

Hi Alex, thanks for the reply.

Since I changed the Reset Days from 2 to 3, the modems are now rebooting every 2 days.

Looks like the code is subtracting 1 from the number entered for Reset Days.

Thanks,
Frank
