Hello,
I tried to use the Low Power Mode but my LS300 modem seems stuck into it and I can’t have access to it anymore right now (it’s on the field).
I used the Periodic Timer Daily Mode and wanted to have the device active from 7AM PST to noon. So I set it up that way:
- Periodic Timer Start Time: 14:00 UTC (= 7AM PST)
- Periodic Timer Active Duration: 05:00
I tried connecting to my modem at 9AM PST, and every hour after that but no luck. I contacted my reseller, he basically said I entered the correct numbers and don’t see what is wrong.
My modem date/time is synchronizing with pool.ntp.org and I checked it, it was displaying the accurate UTC time and date.
Is there any known bug about that feature? Did I do anything wrong? Should I modify a setting?
Thank you.
This what happened when the low power mode turned on (using another LS300, with Low power mode set to go on at 17:15, until 17:30 UTC):

Nothing after that. The modem didn’t go back to the active mode as it should, but all the LED turned green 5 minutes before it was supposed to wake up. I had to unplug and plug back the power cord for the modem to reboot.
Any idea of what’s wrong?
