I keep checking the box, but I keep having to log-in again each time I visit! 
With the old forum, I could bookmark the ‘new topics’ list:

(interestingly, that still goes to the old forum)
That no longer seems to be possible?
search.php?search_id=newposts just says, “Sorry but you are not permitted to use the search system” - until I log-in again!
it also keeps logging me out at random times…
on click ok… next click access denied
I keep getting logged out too.
It looks like the forum is relying on the session ID in the URL. If you don’t include the session ID, you get logged out, or if the session ID expires, you get logged out.
Which entirely & completely defeats the object of “Log me on automatically each visit”

I think it is working now… i closed my browser without clicking Logout and i was able to connect again after some time without logging in…
