The Keypad Interface section of the WMP100 Tech Spec & Design Guidelines (Rev 002, March 07) says:
But the Pin Descriptions in the table that follows say that the rows have Reset State = ‘O’ - not pull-downs. 
“Pull-Down” is a separate classification - distinct from ‘O’ - in the Electrical Specifications for the Digital I/O pins
So, do the Row pins (GPIO9-13) Have pull-downs, or don’t they 
If so, are they the “~60K resistor” as mentioned in the Electrical Specifications for the Digital I/O pins, or something different
