The Q2687 Product Technical Spec (Rev 003, March 07) documents “Pull-Up” and “Pull-Down” only in terms of the Reset state of the GPIOs:
Presumably, these resistors are permanently connected - not just at Reset?
ie, these GPIOs can be relied upon to always be internally pulled up or down, as appropriate
